Our hair is premium grade, full cuticle-intact, double drawn Remy hair sourced from Asia. It’s the same high-quality hair used by some of the leading brands in the industry. We colour the hair slowly and gently to maintain its integrity — never acid washed. Our shades are carefully formulated with cooler undertones to prevent brassiness and discolouration. We are proud to be fully transparent about the sourcing and production process and have visited our manufacturer in person multiple times to perfect our production process.

Setup typically takes between 15 to 30 days once all required information is submitted and approved. Different packaging types vary slightly.
After joining, you will receive an onboarding form to complete. We then begin your packaging and colour ring design. Once you have approved the final designs, production will start. Orders can be placed at any time during this process; however, they will be shipped in plain packaging until your custom branding is complete.
Yes, you may submit your own chosen shade names. These will be integrated into your online account so that only your brand’s shade names are displayed. Your chosen names will also be printed onto your branded colour ring.
No. You do not need to hold inventory. Once your set up is complete, you can place orders as needed through our website and your products are shipped to you in your own branded packaging.
For standard white label ordering, you may order from as little as 50 grams via our website. These orders are shipped within 24 hours from our range of stocked hair.
For wholesale and bulk pricing, the minimum order quantity is 300 grams per colour, method, and length. These custom orders are placed via WhatsApp and require a 2 to 3 week production time.
Yes. For made-to-order quantities, pricing improves compared to single packs. These orders are subject to minimum order quantities and suit brands scaling their collections or ordering more consistently. All prices can be found here
Yes, we ship worldwide, with delivery from as little as 3 days using our Priority Express service. All orders are shipped door to door with full tracking. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location and order weight, and can be found here.
Yes, we offer 25-gram hair and packaging sample packs here.
If you would like to test a specific method, colour or length, we offer one order prior to joining, limited to one 50 gram packet (for professionals only).
