Yes, our White Label Program is suitable for beginners, as long as you’re serious about launching a professional hair brand. However, the program is designed for salon owners and stylists only.
No. You do not need to hold inventory. Once your set up is complete, you can place orders as needed through our website and your products are shipped to you in your own branded packaging.
No, we do not offer drop-shipping. Orders are shipped directly to you, as your brand.
Our hair is premium grade, full cuticle-intact, double drawn Remy hair sourced from Asia. It’s the same high-quality hair used by some of the leading brands in the industry. Our hair is coloured slowly and gently to maintain its integrity, and never acid washed. Our shades are carefully formulated with cooler undertones to prevent brassiness and discolouration. We are proud to be fully transparent about the sourcing and production process and have visited our manufacturer in person multiple times to perfect our custom production process.
Our hair is ethically sourced from Asia through trusted manufacturers we have visited in person multiple times and built long-term relationships with. We believe in being transparent, especially in an industry where terms like “European,” “Russian” or “Mongolian” hair are often used misleadingly. We’re upfront about our sourcing so you can build your brand on honesty, quality and trust.

Setup prices vary depending on type of packaging and services selected.
Yes, you may submit your own chosen shade names. These will be integrated into your online account so that only your brand’s shade names are displayed. Your chosen names will also be printed onto your branded colour ring and labelled on all orders.
Yes. Your packaging and labels can be customised with your own branding, logo and design style, depending on the set-up package you choose.
Please note that customisation applies to the branding and design only. The packaging sizes, materials and structure are pre-set and cannot be changed individually.
Your branded packaging is stored in our warehouse and used to fulfil and ship your orders as they are placed.
Setup typically takes between 15 to 30 days once all required information is submitted and approved. Different packaging types vary slightly.
After joining, you will receive an onboarding form to complete. We then begin your packaging and colour ring design. Once you have approved the final designs, production will start. Orders can be placed at any time during this process; however, they will be shipped in plain packaging until your custom branding is complete.

No. You may order from as little as 50 grams via our website. These orders are shipped within 24 hours from our range of stocked hair.
No. This is a member only program where products are supplied under your own brand, not as a standard hair supplier. Ordering is available once you’ve joined, with sample packs available to review the quality before committing.
Yes, we ship worldwide, with delivery from as little as 3 days using our Priority Express service. All orders are shipped door to door with full tracking. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on location and order weight, and can be found here.

No. There is no VAT or tax to add. The prices shown are the final price.
