AMNA.
I've spent more than 20 years in the hair industry — as a stylist, salon owner, educator and hair brand founder.
I've built businesses from both sides of the industry: behind the chair and behind the brand. I've sourced hair directly from manufacturers, developed product ranges, worked through the realities of stock, pricing and margins, and built businesses selling hair to both professionals and customers.
I've also spent years travelling to China, visiting manufacturers and learning first-hand how the industry works behind the finished packet of hair.
And Dubai has been my home for 25 years — so I wanted to bring everything I've learnt together here for three days that are as much about the experience and connections as they are the business.
